BANDAI SPIRITS Co., Ltd. takes the following measures for the protection of personal information of its customers.
1. BANDAI SPIRITS Co., Ltd.’s handling of personal information of its customers will comply with applicable laws and regulations.
2. BANDAI SPIRITS Co., Ltd. will acquire the personal information of its customers lawfully and rightfully. It will not use wrongful methods to acquire such information. It will give individual and public notice of its intended use of personal information to the customers to whom such information relates. In the event BANDAI SPIRITS Co., Ltd. needs to use such information for purposes other than the said purpose, it will give individual and public notice of the new purposes of such use and obtain the customers’ consent before using such information.

4. In the event BANDAI SPIRITS Co., Ltd. entrusts the handling of personal information of its customers to an outside party, the company will execute an agreement with such party necessary to ensure the security control of such information and will supervise such party appropriately.
5. In the event BANDAI SPIRITS Co., Ltd. receives a request from a customer to disclose, correct or remove his/her personal information or discontinue the use thereof, the company will take an appropriate action after verifying his/her identity.
6. Except in the following cases, BANDAI SPIRITS Co., Ltd. will not disclose a customer’s personal information to any third party:
(1) Cases where the customer agrees to such disclosure ;
(2) Cases where the information is disclosed in a form whereby the customer cannot be identified (for example, in the form of statistical data) ;
(3) Cases where the company is required by judicial or administrative authorities to provide such information pursuant to applicable laws; or
(4) In situations where agencies are appointed to perform the processing of orders, delivery of products, payments, system application and collecting questionnaires for businesses such as mail order.
The required private information will be accessed only for the abovementioned purposes.
Such agencies will perform these tasks only on the basis of agreeing to a nondisclosure agreement with the company.
7. BANDAI SPIRITS Co., Ltd. will review and improve its measures for the protection of personal information on an ongoing basis.
