Closing Your Premium Bandai Account
If you wish to close your PREMIUM BANDAI account, please follow the instructions below on how to close it via My Page.

Please note the followings before closing your account:
・You will be unable to close your account when you have orders that have yet to be delivered.
・You will be unable to access your membership account information once account closed.
(** In case replacement/ refund necessary after your closure of account, we would arrange according to the information of that relevant transaction.**)
