How to Reset:
Click [FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD?].
Enter your registered e-mail address and click [SUBMIT].
*If the e-mail address you are now entering is different from your registered one, we will not send you an e-mail for password resetting. If you want to set up a password using an e-mail address other than your registered one or your password resetting fails, please consult the PREMIUM BANDAI Singapore Customer Service.
An e-mail redirecting you to the URL address for resetting your password will be sent to your registered e-mail address. Please proceed with the password resetting process within 30 minutes.
*The link will be disabled if you do not complete the process in time. In this case, please begin the password resetting process again.
Click the URL address, enter a new password, and click [SUBMIT].
