How to make changes:
1. PREMIUM BANDAI will e-mail you immediately upon receiving the undelivered product.
2. Please offer the following information using the provided inquiry form and contact us within 30 days upon receiving our e-mail.
To change your shipping address, please provide:
・Name of the recipient
・Phone number of the recipient
(It is possible that we may find it difficult to ship products to your requested address. If this happens, we will contact you.)
3. After the product is reshipped, the PREMIUM BANDAI Singapore Customer Service will notify you about your SHIPMENT TRACKING NUMBER.
