After ordering merchandise (pre-order items), please click the corresponding order number shown in the MY ORDERS: ORDER HISTORY section on My Page.
Please scroll down the ORDER INFORMATION page and click the [CANCEL ORDER] button shown at the bottom of the page.
*Please confirm the PRE-ORDERS CLOSE section on the product page to see whether cancellation is available.
*For "In Stock" items, only when the status of your order appearing in the “ORDER HISTORY” is "PAYMENT RECEIVED," then it will be canceled from the order information page. Cancellation of such an order is not available once the order status is listed as "PREPARING TO SHIP."
*Once you cancel an order, all the items under the same order number will be canceled.
*The [CANCEL ORDER] button will be inactive if there are items under the same order number that you cannot cancel.
*There are cases where you will not be able to cancel the order because of the payment method you chose.
After an item's sales period has ended, we will neither accept order cancellations nor offer a product exchange/refund/return that is requested for personal reasons.
The sale of products may end earlier than scheduled once we have enough merchandise in stock.
