Items are listed as either "Pre-order" or "In Stock".
"Pre-order" items can be ordered between the PRE-ORDERS OPEN and the PRE-ORDERS CLOSE dates listed on the individual product pages.
However, because there is a maximum limit to how many units of a given item can be pre-ordered, pre-orders will close early if this limit is reached.
When an order is placed, you will be informed of the delivery month for the product. Moreover, as soon as the exact delivery date is decided a "Pre-ordered Product Estimated Shipment Date Notification" email will be sent to you containing this information.
Should you need to change your user information, your order will not be impacted as long as you change your information before the date indicated in the "Pre-ordered Product Estimated Shipment Date Notification" email.
If you wish to cancel, you can do so only while the cancel button is displayed on the "ORDER INFORMATION" page.
"In Stock" products will be shipped once, at the end of every month. Therefore, it may take up to one month after you have ordered on our website.
After your order has been shipped, we will send out 「[PREMIUM BANDAI] Shipment Completion Notification」, where you will be able to check your tracking number.
In addition, if you order "In Stock" items, you can change your user information only until they are ready to ship.
*If your "ORDER HISTORY" status is listed as "PAYMENT RECEIVED," the order can be canceled from the order information page. You cannot cancel an order if the order status is listed as "PREPARING TO SHIP."
